Portrait of Castiel (Misha Collins) from Supernatural.

I'm a fan of the series. I used several shots of his face as reference but I had to improvise many parts, including the hair, the lighting and the coat.

Cass is so awesome x) I think it is hilarious how different his personality can be depending on the episode. Sometimes the typical all-serious-no-nonsense angel, to the drunk klutz Cass xP Amazing job, and I like the "halo" effect you did, reminds me of the pictures of many of the Saints and Jesus (Not 100% sure which one, haven't looked at a lot of religious art lately), how they have a golden ring around their heads...

Yes, Saints and angels tend to have a halo around their heads, including Jesus on several depictions. It's a symbol of holiness. Even Asian religions have their own equivalent
