This painting is a contemporary tribute to Horus, the Egyptian God of the Sky and the whole kingdom, son of Isis and Osiris.
I previously made an oil painting of Horus earlier this year but it got lost in what I call the great painting purge of Concordia... or in other words, my university trashed all the paintings stored in one of its buildings at the end of spring and my canvas was part of them. I was very upset.
Anyway, I hope you will still like this one. I believe it is better than the old one.
