The Third Eye - Infinity

In Hindu tradition, the Ajna chackra, located in the middle of the eyebrow region, is often depicted as a third eye. One of the centers of vital energy, the Ajna chakra is where intuition, dreams and the mind's eye reside. When one closes his eyes, stills his mind and puts a stop to his usually unrestrained flow of thoughts, he will find an inner world of calm and peace. It is the world of the spirit, consciousness.

The physical world is a grand illusion, a theatre where each of us plays roles. We, actors, learn our lines so well we often forget we are on a stage, experiencing the continuous drama of life performed for a captivated audience; ourselves. It is only when we look inside, when we rediscover who we are that we realize we are more than a character.

This illustration shows an open third eye and a gate to the universe, the world within which can only be defined as all that is. Through our inner-self we are connected to the entirety of creation and we can find answers to all questions, so long we are willing to hear them, unrestrained by fear.
